The equipment is mainly used for no-tray-freeze-dryer’s unloading after freeze-drying. After the freeze-drying, the Mechanical Arm is automatically positioned before the freeze-drying machine, connecting the unloading pipe, open Mechanical Arm automatic program, The Unloading Mechanical Arm will automatically unload the material on each board. Can be achieved after the freeze-dried products directly into the health pipeline, and freeze-drying machine external environment zero contact, with a safe, stable, efficient features and so on.

-Automatic Unloading Mechanical Arm mainly includes transfer system, lifting system, propulsion system, unloading system and cable extension-retraction device and electrical and control system;

-The transfer system accurately completes the unloading action and transfer of the Mechanical Arm;

-The lifting system realizes the lifting of the unloading system so that the material of each board is unloading;
